The Order Sheet via fax to 04-2422-6090

For first time orders, you will be asked to provide your name,

home or office telephone, cell phone number, and address.

We will provide you with your own account number.

You can use this number when ordering any EHF

goods in the future.

Please provide the numbers (or names) and quantities

of the items you would like to purchase.

Some items, such as #201 Winzersteak, #205 Lamb Ribs,

#210 Rostbraten Esslingen, #209 Porkribs and 214

Vienna Chicken, must be weighed when calculating the pricing.

If you request 1kg of meat for example, it is unlikely that we will

be able to get a piece that weighs exactly 1kg. So, the prices on

these items will be calculated individually according to their weight.
